My name is Ashleigh Montoney Davis. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S), psychotherapist, certified EMDR therapist, registered yoga teacher (RYT 200), trained End-of-Life Doula (through INELDA), hospice volunteer, certified sound practitioner, part of a certified pet therapy team with my dog Cedric, and at the core of it all, a soul having a human experience striving to remember what this is all about. My life purpose and passions include end-of-life and grief support, meditation, being a mother to three magnificent children, trauma recovery, studies of spirituality, neuroscience, and metaphysics, and embodied practices such as yoga and somatic psychotherapy.

For the past two years, it has been an honor to work as the psychotherapist, yoga, and meditation teacher at the East Palestine Resiliency Center, servicing my hometown community who were affected by the Norfolk Southern Train Derailment disaster. In this space and out in community settings, I have been offering individual psychotherapy, weekly yoga classes for adults and children, meditation workshops, sound meditation classes, holistic food workshops, and pet therapy to groups of individuals with developmental disabilities, children, the elderly, veterans, and first responders.

My intention for this lifetime is to constantly question reality by challenging the perspective of what is, was, and what could be. It has become my natural state to explore, create, and/or nurture healing modalities and paradigms that are in alignment with the highest good of all and challenge outdated systems. It is through my personal healing and spiritual journey that I authentically align with the highest version of the self, and then I am able to nurture, create, and teach through this vessel. All practices point us back to remembering who we truly are beyond human conditioning. It is a turning inward that brings us into states of alignment with unconditional love, broadens our perspectives, and in this state, we become powerful advocates for change. It is a journey of spiritual sovereignty. We develop awareness that recognizes that it is only ourselves that can release us from percieved forces of control, that we hold the source of wisdom within, that we are capable of cultivating peace regardless of external circumstances, and that through being unapologetically our authentic selves, we influence and serve the collective in powerful ways.

Spiritual sovereignty is a path of self-awareness, self-trust, self-compassion, and responsibility for how we live, aligning with our values. It is being so selfish in the way that we exist that we naturally serve and benefit those around us. For this reason, it has become my life mission to share my passions, knowledge, wisdom, and love with those who feel a resonance to co-create. I will continue to offer the services that are listed below, and I will be offering more workshops and series in community settings that are focused on professional and individual development.
